    Preparation Instructions:

    1. Dehydrated Medium:
      • Dissolve the entire content of the medium (for 5 L preparation) in distilled water.

    2. Pouring Plates:
      • Allow the sterilized medium to cool to 45–50°C.
      • Pour into sterile Petri dishes under aseptic conditions.

    Testing Procedure:
