The Thermo Scientific™ GeneJET Plant RNA Purification Kit is designed for the rapid and efficient isolation of high-quality total RNA from a wide range of plant species and tissue types. Utilizing silica membrane spin column technology, the kit avoids phenol-chloroform extraction, resin-based methods, or alcohol precipitation, enabling fast and reproducible RNA purification.

The streamlined protocol takes less than 20 minutes after lysis, yielding up to 65 µg of high-integrity RNA from 50 mg of tissue. Purified RNA is suitable for all common downstream molecular biology applications, including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blotting, microarray analysis, and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
