The SolisFAST® SolisGreen® qPCR Mix is a 5× concentrated, ready-to-use dye-based qPCR master mix optimized for fast, sensitive, and reproducible real-time PCR assays. Featuring the in silico–engineered SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase and the next-generation SolisGreen® intercalating dye, this mix enables highly accurate detection and quantification of nucleic acids with 2× faster cycling times compared to standard qPCR reagents.
Available with or without ROX reference dye, the mix is compatible with most major real-time cyclers, offering maximum flexibility for different platforms. The SolisGreen® dye provides high fluorescence, excellent sensitivity for low template concentrations, and superior thermal stability, ensuring consistent results even during room temperature storage and shipping.
