The SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix is a 5x-concentrated, ready-to-use reagent formulated for fast, highly sensitive, and reproducible probe-based qPCR assays. Optimized for use with dual-labeled hydrolysis probes (e.g., TaqMan®), this mix supports the detection and quantification of up to five targets simultaneously, making it an excellent choice for multiplex qPCR applications.
By combining the novel in silico-designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase with a highly optimized buffer system, this mix ensures robust amplification, accurate detection, and reliable quantification even in challenging samples. With enhanced stability, it enables ice-free shipping and reaction setup, simplifying logistics without compromising performance.
