SoliSD™ Bsm DNA Polymerase Kit

The SoliSD™ Bsm DNA Polymerase Kit is an exceptionally stable, high-performance isothermal amplification system based on the large fragment of DNA polymerase from Bacillus smithii. Enhanced with proprietary Stability TAG™ technology, this enzyme remains stable for at least 1 month at room temperature (37°C), enabling flexible handling, environmentally friendly shipping, and simplified reaction setup.

Engineered with strong strand displacement activity and lacking both 5’→3’ and 3’→5’ exonuclease activities, the enzyme is optimized for LAMP (loop-mediated isothermal amplification) and other isothermal applications. The kit’s unique SoliSD™ Supplement system improves reaction performance, eliminates non-template control (NTC) signals, and minimizes variability between replicates.
