Vircell AMPLIRUN® Cryptococcus neoformans DNA Control (MBC015-R) provides purified, quantified DNA from Cryptococcus neoformans for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format, it contains the complete fungal genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined).
