Invitrogen™ NuPAGE™ Bis-Tris Mini Gels (4–12%) are precast, gradient SDS-PAGE gels engineered for denaturing protein electrophoresis with broad molecular weight separation, excellent band sharpness, and minimal protein modification. Designed with a neutral pH Bis-Tris buffer system, these gels preserve protein integrity, making them ideal for Western blotting, mass spectrometry, protein sequencing, and other downstream analyses.
