  1. Reconstitution:
    • Suspend 24 g of the dehydrated medium in 1 liter of distilled water.
    • Heat to boiling with frequent stirring until dissolved completely.
  2. Sterilization:
    • Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
  3. Supplementation (if required):
    • Add 10 mL of sterile 10% Skim Milk Powder solution per liter if the dilution is greater than 1:10.
  4. Mixing:
    • Mix thoroughly before pouring into sterile Petri dishes.
