Applied Biosystems™ TaqPath™ 1-Step RT-qPCR Master Mix, CG is a high-performance, single-tube 4X master mix designed for robust, sensitive, and reproducible one-step RT-qPCR workflows. It is suitable for pathogen detection, gene expression analysis, bioprocess quality control, adventitious agent testing, molecular diagnostics development, and other laboratory-based nucleic acid detection applications.

The formulation contains thermostable M-MLV reverse transcriptase, dNTPs, UNG, ROX passive reference dye, and thermostable Fast DNA Polymerase. This simplifies reaction setup by requiring only the addition of user-supplied assay and sample. The 4X concentration allows higher sample input per reaction, supporting sensitive detection of low-copy targets.
