AMPLIRUN® Borrelia DNA Control, 100 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Borrelia DNA Controls provide purified, quantified DNA from clinically relevant Borrelia species for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

These controls are particularly valuable for Lyme borreliosis research, enabling the validation and standardization of molecular assays targeting Borrelia afzelii, Borrelia burgdorferi, and Borrelia garinii.
