AMPLIRUN® Dengue Virus RNA Control, 50 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Dengue Virus RNA Controls provide purified, quantified RNA from all four dengue virus serotypes (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, DENV-4) for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete viral genome, quantified at 12,500–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

These controls are ideal for PCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, and other molecular platforms, ensuring reproducibility and reliability in assay validation, outbreak surveillance, and research on arboviruses.
