The Invitrogen™ CD24 Monoclonal Antibody (eBioSN3 (SN3 A5-2H10)), conjugated to eFluor™ 450, is a high-performance antibody specifically designed for flow cytometric analysis. This antibody targets CD24, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored glycoprotein expressed on B cells, myeloid lineage cells, and certain cancer cell types. With bright fluorescence emission and excellent specificity, this antibody is an essential tool for immunophenotyping, cancer research, and studying B-cell development and regulation.
Key Features:
- Target and Specificity:
- Recognizes CD24, also known as Heat Stable Antigen (HAS), a 35–50 kDa molecule involved in B-cell development, regulation, and cancer progression.
- Clone and Conjugate:
- Clone: eBioSN3 (SN3 A5-2H10), ensuring high specificity and reproducibility.
- Conjugate: eFluor™ 450, a bright fluorochrome with excitation at 405 nm and emission at 445 nm, offering a reliable alternative to Pacific Blue®.
- Applications:
- Validated for flow cytometry and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF).
- Ideal for detecting CD24 expression on various cell types, including lymphocytes, erythrocytes, and cancer cells.
- Pre-Titrated and Ready-to-Use:
- Each test is pre-titrated for ease of use, requiring only 5 µL (0.25 µg) per 100 µL of sample for optimal staining.
- High Performance:
- Provides bright fluorescence and low background for clear and reliable flow cytometric data.
