The Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Firefly Signal Enhancer (100X) is a powerful additive designed to maximize the sensitivity and stability of firefly luciferase bioluminescence assays. Specially formulated for use with the Pierce™ Firefly Luciferase Flash Assay Kit (Cat. Nos. 16174, 16175) and the Pierce™ Firefly Luciferase Glow Assay Kit (Cat. Nos. 16176, 16177), this enhancer significantly improves signal intensity and signal duration.

When paired with the Firefly Flash Assay, the enhancer delivers up to a five-fold increase in signal brightness. When used with the Firefly Glow Assay, it enhances signal strength and extends luminescence stability up to two-fold, making it particularly beneficial for longer reading times or high-throughput formats.
