Gibco™ LHC-9 Medium (1X) is a ready-to-use, serum-free culture medium specifically formulated for the growth and maintenance of bronchial epithelial cells, including immortalized and primary cell lines such as IB3-1, BEAS-2B, NHBE, BZR, BBM, Het-1A, and C38. This medium supports research in asthma, allergy, cystic fibrosis, lung and esophageal cancers, and other pulmonary-related studies.

Developed to deliver high reproducibility without the need for additional supplements, LHC-9 Medium provides a convenient, consistent, and defined environment for culturing epithelial cells. It is performance-tested using BEAS-2B cells and includes Glutamine and Phenol Red to support cellular growth and pH monitoring.
