Gibco™ CD Hybridoma Medium is a chemically defined (CD), protein-free, and animal origin–free (AOF) culture medium formulated specifically for the growth and expansion of hybridomas and myeloma cell lines used in monoclonal antibody production. Its clean, serum-free formulation simplifies downstream protein purification and minimizes lot-to-lot variability, making it ideal for both research and further manufacturing processes.

This medium is suitable for both suspension and stationary cultures of hybridoma and recombinant myeloma lines, providing high cell densities and robust IgG yields. It is manufactured in a cGMP-compliant, FDA-registered facility and is supported by a Type II Drug Master File (DMF) for regulatory submissions.
