Dowex® 50WX2 is a strongly acidic cation-exchange resin in its H+ form. This resin is composed of a polystyrene matrix cross-linked with 2% divinylbenzene and contains sulphonic acid functional groups as the primary active sites. It is widely used in laboratory and industrial applications for ion exchange, catalysis, and sample preparation.
