The Invitrogen™ iBind™ Flex Fluorescent Detection (FD) Solution Kit is designed for use with the iBind™ Flex Western Device and iBind™ Flex Cards to support downstream fluorescent detection workflows, including infrared dual-wavelength applications.
This kit combines blocking, washing, and antibody dilution solutions optimized for the Sequential Lateral Flow (SLF) process, ensuring consistent reagent delivery and improved antigen–antibody interactions. The reagents are formulated with the ideal viscosity for uniform flow across nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes via the iBind™ Flex Card’s glass fiber matrix.
Each kit contains sufficient reagents to process 10 midi blots or 20 mini blots, making it suitable for flexible blot formats, including vertically cut strips.
