Protocol Summary

1. Wash blot to remove any residual chemiluminescent substrate.
2. Incubate in Restore Stripping Buffer for 5–15 minutes at 37 °C (room temperature may suffice for low-affinity antibodies).
3. Wash thoroughly in TBS-T or PBS-T.
4. Test removal of prior antibodies (optional).
5. Reblock and reprobe with new antibody.
