The Invitrogen™ PureLink™ RNA Mini Kit provides a fast and reliable method for isolating high-quality total RNA from diverse biological samples, including mammalian tissues, cultured cells, yeast, bacteria, blood, and plant material. Utilizing a silica spin column-based purification system, the kit enables RNA recovery in as little as 20 minutes, with no need for hazardous chemicals or time-intensive protocols.
With an extra-large binding capacity, the kit supports RNA isolation from up to 200 mg of tissue or 10⁸ cells, yielding up to 1000 μg of total RNA—significantly more than most mini kits on the market. Purified RNA is compatible with a variety of downstream applications including qPCR, RT-PCR, Northern blotting, NGS, and microarray analysis.
