The Thermo Scientific™ RsaI restriction endonuclease specifically recognizes the sequence GT^AC and introduces a cut between the T and A nucleotides. Optimized to perform best at 37°C in 10X Buffer Tango, RsaI delivers reliable and reproducible results in a wide range of molecular biology applications.
Part of Thermo Scientific’s Five Buffer System, this enzyme is manufactured under stringent quality control, ensuring 100% activity under recommended conditions. For convenience in double digestions, the universal Tango buffer is included, and buffers are premixed with BSA to enhance stability and counteract contaminants.
