Based on the large fragment of DNA polymerase from Bacillus smithii, it combines strong strand displacement activity with Stability TAG™ technology, providing room temperature stability for at least 1 month. This lyophilization-compatible format is ideal for developing portable, field-ready diagnostic assays.

The kit includes the proprietary SoliSD™ Supplement system, which enhances enzyme performance by resolving non-template control (NTC) issues, minimizing variability, and enabling reaction setup at room temperature.
