Instructions for Use

Electrophoresis Setup:

1. Insert one or two gels into the core assembly.
2. Slide the gel tension wedge into position and lock.
3. Add running buffer to the upper and lower chambers.
4. Load samples and run gel with recommended voltage (up to 500 VDC).
5. Disassemble post-run and clean thoroughly for reuse.

Optional Wet Transfer Setup:

• Replace core assembly with the XCell II Blot Module.
• Prepare transfer sandwich and run with <200 mL of transfer buffer.

Storage & Maintenance

• Store at room temperature when not in use.
• Rinse thoroughly after each use to prevent salt buildup or buffer corrosion.
