Invitrogen™ Countess™ Cell Counting Chamber Slides are disposable, dual-chamber slides designed specifically for use with Countess™ automated cell counters. This product includes one box of 50 slides and is supplied without trypan blue stain, allowing users to pair the slides with their preferred viability reagents, such as ReadyCount™ fluorescent stains or other custom dyes.
Each slide features two enclosed 10 µL chambers, enabling duplicate counts of a single sample or analysis of two separate samples. The counting volume per chamber is 0.4 µL, equivalent to four 1-mm² squares on a standard hemocytometer—offering consistent, reliable quantification with no post-use cleaning required.

How It Works
- Mix 10 μL of sample with 10 μL of trypan blue or another preferred stain.
- Pipet the mixture into one or both chambers of the Countess slide.

Insert the slide into the Countess cell counter and press "Count".
Results (cell count, viability %, and average cell size) are generated in ~30 seconds.
