Pierce™ High Capacity Ni-IMAC MagBeads consist of crosslinked agarose beads embedded with magnetite. The magnetic bead format enables fast separation using a magnetic stand or automated magnetic processor.

The beads are designed with a chelator-stable Ni-IMAC chemistry that maintains performance in buffer systems containing EDTA and reducing agents.
