Propidium Iodide (PI) Ready Flow™ Reagent is a cell-impermeant, nucleic acid-binding fluorescent dye used to identify non-viable cells in flow cytometry assays. This easy-to-use formulation emits bright red fluorescence upon binding to DNA and RNA in dead or membrane-compromised cells, with excitation/emission maxima of 535/617 nm.

Designed in a ready-to-use dropper bottle, this reagent allows for rapid staining—simply add 2 drops per 1 × 10⁶ cells, incubate briefly, and analyze. No dilution or wash steps required.
