Thermo Scientific™ ActivX™ TAMRA-FP Serine Hydrolase Probe is an activity-based fluorophosphonate probe designed for labeling and detecting enzymatically active serine hydrolases. The probe contains a reactive fluorophosphonate (FP) group that covalently labels the active-site serine residue of functional serine hydrolases, together with a TAMRA fluorescent tag for direct detection.
The TAMRA-FP probe is suitable for profiling serine hydrolase activity using fluorescent gel imaging, capillary electrophoresis, Western blot, chemiluminescence, and mass spectrometry workflows. An anti-TAMRA antibody can also be used for immuno-enrichment of TAMRA-FP-labeled proteins.
