    Thermo Scientific™ ActivX™ Desthiobiotin-FP Serine Hydrolase Probe is an activity-based enrichment probe designed for selective labeling and profiling of enzymatically active serine hydrolases. The probe contains a reactive fluorophosphonate (FP) group that covalently labels the active-site serine residue of functional serine hydrolases, together with a desthiobiotin tag that enables selective enrichment for downstream analysis.

    This probe is useful for studying active enzyme levels, mapping active-site serine residues, profiling serine hydrolase activity, and evaluating small molecule inhibitor specificity and affinity. It supports workflows such as pull-down enrichment, Western blotting, chemiluminescent detection, and LC-MS/MS-based proteomics.
