Thermo Scientific™ FastDigest Green Buffer (10X) is a proprietary digestion buffer formulated to support 100% activity of all FastDigest™ restriction enzymes. It is also fully compatible with DNA/RNA modifying enzymes such as ligases, phosphatases, kinases, and mesophilic DNA polymerases, allowing enzymes for downstream applications to be directly added to the digestion mix without additional clean-up.

This buffer streamlines molecular biology workflows by enabling single, double, or multiple digestions in a single buffer. Its formulation eliminates the need for sequential digestions, buffer changes, or DNA loading dyes, as the reaction mixture can be directly loaded onto gels.
