Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

LabMart Limited ships to addresses within Ghana only. We currently do not ship to addresses outside Ghana. However, international customers can pick up their packages from our premises or arrange their own shipping. We can also deliver packages to your appointed freight forwarder within Ghana.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
• Free shipping may apply for orders above GHS 2,000.00.

3. Shipping Times

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days for in-stock items.
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 2–3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather or customs.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Shipping Delays

LabMart Limited is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or incorrect addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us at support@labmartgh.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• To cancel an order, email sales@labmartgh.com with your order details.

2. Refund Policy for Cancellations

• If eligible, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

3. Cancellations After Shipping

• Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Customers must follow the Return Policy.
