Gibco™ Protein-Free Hybridoma Medium II (PFHM-II) is a serum-free, protein-free, and animal origin–free medium specifically designed to support the growth and productivity of hybridoma and myeloma cells for monoclonal antibody (mAb) production. This complete, ready-to-use formulation promotes high-density suspension or stationary cultures while simplifying downstream purification by eliminating extraneous protein content.

PFHM-II supports the growth of both traditional hybridomas and recombinant myeloma lines. It is ideal for cholesterol-dependent cultures such as NS0 when supplemented with 250X Cholesterol Lipid Concentrate.
