Thermo Scientific™ Nuclease-Free Water is specially prepared for molecular biology applications, offering high purity and the assurance of being free from nucleases and phosphatases. This water is deionized and membrane-filtered through a 0.22 µm filter, making it ideal for sensitive techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, RNA and DNA extraction, and other enzymatic reactions. It is not DEPC-treated, reducing potential enzyme inhibition in downstream applications.
