This buffer provides a low-pH environment that enhances the binding efficiency of certain IgG subclasses—especially those from mouse, goat, and sheep—making it especially effective when Protein A yields are suboptimal.

Formulated with 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, this 1X buffer is compatible with standard Protein G chromatography workflows and supports high-yield, nondenaturing purification of immunoglobulins from serum, ascites, and cell culture supernatants.
