The SoliSD™ Lyo-compatible RT-LAMP Kit is a glycerol-free, lyophilization-compatible isothermal amplification system designed for rapid and reliable RNA and DNA detection. Built on the powerful SoliSD™ Bsm DNA Polymerase with strong strand displacement activity and the patented Stability TAG™ technology, this kit provides room temperature stability for ≥1 month and robust performance across diverse assay formats.
The kit features a unique 300× RT-Mix, combining Solis BioDyne reverse transcriptases with an RNase inhibitor, ensuring efficient reverse transcription and superior performance in RT-LAMP assays. Optimized to run at 55–60°C (optimum 59°C), this kit enables highly sensitive detection with no NTC (non-template control) signal and results in as little as 4 minutes.
