The Millex™ Vent with Needle is a single-use, sterile gas venting filter designed for safe and reliable air exchange in applications such as venting aerobic blood culture bottles, subculturing, and pharmacy admixture procedures. Constructed with a hydrophobic 0.2 µm Fluoropore® PTFE membrane, this device effectively prevents the passage of aqueous solutions while allowing air and gas to pass through, protecting contents from contamination during handling and incubation.

Housed in a durable PVC body with a stainless steel needle outlet, the filter is compatible with up to 2-liter vials and bottles, and features a female Luer-Lok® inlet for easy, secure connections.
