Optimized fluorescent detection reagents for the iBind™ Western Device

The Invitrogen™ iBind™ Fluorescent Detection (FD) Solution Kit is formulated for use with the iBind™ Western Device and is specifically optimized for western blotting with fluorescent-conjugated antibodies. It supports a wide range of fluorescence-based applications, including infrared detection and dual-wavelength semi-quantitative analysis.

The FD Solution Kit provides the ideal viscosity for blocking, washing, and antibody dilution, ensuring optimal reagent flow and performance during the automated sequential lateral flow (SLF) process. When loaded into the iBind™ Western Device, the solutions are evenly delivered to the membrane through the iBind™ Card’s glass fiber matrix, improving antigen–antibody interactions and enhancing detection sensitivity.

Each kit contains enough reagents to process 10 mini-membrane reactions. It is intended for research use only and must be used with both the iBind™ Western Device and iBind™ Cards.
