AMPLIRUN® Rotavirus RNA Control, 50 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Rotavirus RNA Control provides purified, quantified RNA from Rotavirus for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete viral genome, quantified at 12,500–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

This RNA control is designed for PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, and other molecular testing platforms, ensuring assay reproducibility, sensitivity, and precision in enteric virus diagnostics, outbreak surveillance, and molecular research.
