Vircell AMPLIRUN® Coxiella burnetii DNA Control (MBC018-R) provides purified, quantified DNA from Coxiella burnetii for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Delivered in a lyophilized, non-infectious format, it contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined).
