This system combines cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification in a single-tube, streamlined workflow, reducing hands-on time and minimizing contamination risk. Ideal for detecting targets from total RNA or mRNA, the system allows researchers to work efficiently with even low-abundance RNA templates.
