The Invitrogen™ iBright™ Prestained Protein Ladder contains twelve recombinant proteins for accurate protein sizing and detection. Ten proteins (11–250 kDa) are blue-stained and fluor-labeled for direct and near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent visualization, while two proteins (30 kDa and 80 kDa) are unstained with IgG binding sites, enabling detection with the same chemiluminescent or fluorescent method used for the target protein in western blotting.

Supplied in a ready-to-use format, the ladder requires no heating, reduction, or buffer addition prior to loading. It is compatible with a wide range of gel systems and imaging platforms, making it a versatile choice for both SDS-PAGE and western blot applications.
