AMPLIRUN® Bordetella DNA Control, 100 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Bordetella DNA Controls provide purified, quantified DNA from clinically relevant Bordetella species for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL by qPCR, and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

These controls are ideal for validating PCR and qPCR assays targeting Bordetella holmesii, Bordetella pertussis, and Bordetella parapertussis, supporting accurate detection and differentiation in whooping cough and respiratory infection diagnostics.
