The QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR Starter Kit is designed to confirm the performance of the QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System either at the time of system installation or as part of future, user-defined system verification procedures. The Starter Kit may also be used for training users on the QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System workflow.
The Starter Kit contains Absolute Q DNA Digital PCR Master Mix (5X) (Cat. No. A52490), Absolute Q dPCR Starter Assay, and CEPH DNA Control, providing a complete set of starter reagents and assay for use with the QuantStudio Absolute Q MAP16 Plate Kit (Cat. No. A52865).
