    Methodology

    1. Preparation:
      • Add the antibody mix (containing monoclonal antibodies against non-T-cells) to the PBMC sample.
    2. Binding:
      • The antibodies bind specifically to non-T-cells (e.g., B cells, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, granulocytes, erythrocytes).
    3. Bead Addition:
      • Add Depletion Dynabeads™, which bind to the labeled non-T-cells.
    4. Magnetic Separation:
      • Use a magnet to separate bead-bound non-T-cells from the untouched T-cells.
    5. Isolation:
      • Discard the bead-bound non-T-cells. The remaining untouched T-cells are ready for use.
