AMPLIRUN® Astrovirus RNA Control, 50 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Astrovirus RNA Control (MBC147-R) provides purified, quantified RNA from Astrovirus for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format, it contains the complete viral genome, quantified at 12,500–20,000 copies/µL by qPCR.

This RNA control is ideal for PCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, and other molecular testing platforms, supporting validation of assays, sensitivity testing, and absolute quantification. Sequencing data is available to assist in the design of primers and probes.
