It features a recombinant fusion protein that combines the immunoglobulin-binding domains of Protein A and Protein G, covalently immobilized onto high-quality, crosslinked 6% beaded agarose (CL-6B). This configuration allows the resin to exhibit broad binding specificity and high capacity, making it ideal for applications requiring robust and reproducible IgG purification.
