The SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG is a 5x-concentrated, ready-to-use master mix designed for fast, highly sensitive, and reproducible probe-based qPCR assays. Optimized for dual-labeled hydrolysis probes (e.g., TaqMan®), it supports the detection and quantification of up to five targets simultaneously.
This mix incorporates dUTP and uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG) to eliminate carryover contamination, ensuring accurate results and minimizing false positives. Built on Solis BioDyne’s in silico–designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase and optimized buffer system, the mix delivers robust, reliable qPCR with enhanced speed, sensitivity, and reproducibility.
