The SolisFAST® Master Mix is a 5× concentrated, ready-to-use reagent designed for extremely fast endpoint PCR assays. Powered by the in silico–engineered SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase and an optimized buffer system, it delivers robust, reliable amplification in both singleplex and multiplex PCR reactions. Results can be obtained in as little as 20 minutes, making it one of the fastest PCR solutions available for endpoint detection.
This versatile mix supports amplification of up to 5 kb from low-complexity templates (e.g., plasmid or lambda DNA) and 3 kb from complex genomic DNA, with robust performance suitable for cloning, genotyping, and sequencing workflows.
