    The Invitrogen™ Power Blotter Pre-cut Membranes and Filters, PVDF, Regular Size are pre-assembled, ready-to-use membrane and filter paper stacks, designed for high-efficiency protein transfer from polyacrylamide gels using the Power Blotter System. These stacks ensure rapid, reproducible, and high-quality Western blot results, allowing protein transfer in less than 10 minutes.

    Each stack includes 20 sheets of polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane (0.45 μm pore size, low fluorescence) and 80 sheets of absorbent blotting paper (0.85 mm thickness), optimized for semi-dry blotting workflows. These stacks support two mini-size gels or one midi-size gel, making them ideal for standard protein analysis workflows.
