AMPLIRUN® Chikungunya Virus RNA Control, 50 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Chikungunya Virus RNA Control (MBC099-R) provides purified, quantified RNA from the Chikungunya virus for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format, this control contains the complete viral genome, quantified at 12,500–20,000 copies/µL by qPCR.

It is compatible with PCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, and other molecular platforms, enabling assay validation, sensitivity and specificity testing, and absolute quantification. Sequencing data is available to support primer and probe design.
