Vircell AMPLIRUN® Helicobacter pylori DNA Control (MBC049-R) provides purified, quantified DNA from Helicobacter pylori for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format, this material contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined).
It is compatible with PCR, qPCR, and other molecular platforms, supporting assay validation, reproducibility, and absolute quantification in research and diagnostics of gastric infections and H. pylori-related diseases.
