The Invitrogen™ PureLink™ PCR Purification Kit provides a rapid, high-yield method for purifying PCR amplicons. Designed to outperform competitor kits, PureLink™ offers up to 4× higher DNA binding capacity (40 μg) compared to similar products, while eliminating the need for tedious pH adjustments.

Based on a silica spin-column technology, the kit enables selective binding of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) in the presence of chaotropic salts. Impurities such as enzymes, primers, unincorporated dNTPs, buffers, and salts are removed through washing, producing pure DNA ready for cloning, sequencing, restriction digestion, and labeling.
